have expensive or unacceptable consequences example: elevators, fire alarms, electrical

Through this account authorized persons can make maintenance requests, view status of the requests, schedule of preventive maintenance, materials used, all works done on each equipment & maintenance history.
Based on this data, customized reports (daily, weekly, monthly and yearly) will
be generated by the software. Analysis and statistics will also be provided. All
these reports are handed to the Client to be considered as basics for future budget
Corrective maintenance is required when an item has failed or worn out, and to bring it back to working order.
